Blue Star Taxis is a trusted and long-established taxi service based in Christchurch, known for its reliable transport and professional drivers serving both locals and visitors across the region. We developed a custom AI-powered review tracker system for Blue Star Taxis, designed to collect, manage, and analyse customer feedback from Google and Facebook. The system automatically generates review summaries using AI, helping the team quickly understand overall performance and identify areas for improvement. It also includes a grading and alert system to notify administrators of any low-rated experiences, allowing for proactive customer service.

To enhance accountability and engagement, each taxi is equipped with a unique QR code that links directly to the driver’s profile. Passengers can scan the code to submit reviews tied to specific drivers, making it easy to track feedback, performance trends, and driver recognition.

We also host and maintain the entire application, ensuring secure operation, consistent uptime, and seamless functionality as part of their ongoing digital infrastructure.

Through this project, Blue Star Taxis now benefits from a smart, automated system that improves transparency, strengthens customer trust, and supports continuous service improvement across their fleet.
