Nudge Assist

Description

Nudge Assist is a company that provides mobility and assistive technology products. They needed a system to streamline their daily operations, including quoting, invoicing, job allocation, job progress tracking, time tracking, extensive reports, and delivery of finished products. We were tasked with developing a custom job management system to meet their specific needs.

The main challenges of this project were:

• Integrating the system with Nudge Assist’s existing workflows and processes.
• Creating a user-friendly interface that could be easily adopted by all employees.
• Providing real-time data and reporting on job progress and performance.

We developed a web-based job management system that addressed all of Nudge Assist’s requirements. The system includes the following features:

• Quoting: Nudge Assist’s sales team can now easily create and send quotes to customers. The system automatically calculates pricing based on product selection, quantity, and labor costs.
• Invoicing: Once a quote is approved, the system can be used to generate invoices for customers. Invoices can be customized with Nudge Assist’s branding and logo.
• Job Allocation: Jobs can be assigned to specific employees or teams based on their skills and availability. The system tracks the progress of each job and provides real-time updates.
• Job Progress Tracking: Employees can track the progress of their jobs and update the system with their findings. The system also allows for the attachment of photos and documents to jobs.
• Delivery: Once a job is complete, the system can be used to generate shipping labels and track the delivery of finished products.

The new job management system has helped Nudge Assist to improve their efficiency and productivity. The system has also helped to improve communication and collaboration between different departments.
